About Gemma

I’m Gemma, a Wellness Coach on a personal mission to make your world a happier, healthier and more meaningful place.

I first discovered the beautiful gift of yoga as a giggling 13-year-old schoolgirl, yet it wasn’t until my early twenties, whilst battling work-related stress, anxiety and insomnia that I fully experienced its transformative power.

At 24 I was diagnosed with a rare thyroid illness called Graves disease, wreaking havoc on my body and mind. After discovering stress was a key contributor to my condition, I left behind my corporate job, and resolved to prioritise my mental and physical health above all else from there on.

Fast forward several years and I am a fully qualified Yoga Teacher, Massage Therapist and Mental Health First Aider, harnessing my own experiences to deliver a blend of wellness services to others just like me.

These work and lifestyle changes have transformed my physical, mental and emotional well-being, and above all enabled me to fall back in love with life.

It is here that I have created a safe space for you to experience similar levels of abundance, and I invite you to join me.
